Shipping Policy

All streetwear must be sent back to First Class Collection within 3 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will be given. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all First Class and product tags attached. Simply include your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside the package. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to send the merchandise back to our facilities. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.
Custom Orders
Special orders are NON RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once placed due to the custom and made to order processes involved. Please allow 2-3 weeks for all orders to be shipped.
Special Care

Keep your First Class Collection clothing looking great wash after wash.Turn garment inside-out. Machine wash cold. Use gentle cycle. Do NOT iron printed or embroidered areas. To prevent shrinkage and maintain vibrancy, tumble dry on low heat setting. If possible, avoid drying your screen printed garments in a dryer, as this type of drying can damage the screen printing. Instead, air dry.
